Moneey refund
The customer service told me that he cannot help me , told me to call somebody else. My money was sent from colorado(USA ) by Henok Ayele to Biranesh Beyene in Ethiopian like 9monttths ago.

Awful service. Try someone else.
Cant log in have tried 3 times to get a call back and no one calls. Tried email.
Hopeless. Cant see how they can be in business

Money transfer error
I deposited money from my shipmoney acocunt to my bank but the money never came. It appears to be an issue with AFEX.
2.500,00USD is somewhere and I dont know what I can do to finally get it. It was supposed to be on my bank account on December 10th.
I called customer servise and the person hung up the phone on me mid conversation.
Preferred solution: Full refund
